"Unite to End TB:Global Leaders Convene in Bali to Accelerate Progress

The 2024 World Conference on Lung Health in Bali, Indonesia will feature a special TB Community Connect session on the 15th of November .

This session which is being hosted by TB People Zimbabwe ,Global Call to Find all TB,APCAT, APCAT Media, Vital Strategies and CNS emphasises the need for community leadership through building the power to find ,treat and prevent TB.

In order to end TB, stakeholders have stressed the need to address the issue of TB missing cases and this is the reason behind TB survivors and affected communities joining forces in a bid to highlight the important of treatment as prevention, in line with the May 2024 Global Call to Find all TB, Treat all TB and Prevent all TB and End TB.

During the session there will be the unveiling of the 2024-2030 people- centred TB Roadmap to #FindAllTB and #TreatAllTB and PreventAllTB.

Early and accurate TB diagnosis is not only a critical gateway to TB care pathway but also a public health and human rights imperative.

It also helps stop the spread of TB infection as well as reducing unnecessary human suffering and risk of untimely deaths due to the curable infection and bringing the "lab to the people" and not people to the lab is the first vital step towards finding TB.rS
