The "AMR Heroes" song, crafted by the Hope Music Foundation in Uganda in collaboration with The AMR Narrative, a UK registered charity, and supported by One Life music and podcast channel, highlights the importance of collective action against antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

This global health crisis claims millions of lives annually, disproportionately affecting low- and middle-income countries, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa.

AMR occurs when medicines like antibiotics lose efficacy, making infections harder to treat.

However, by working together everyone can become an AMR hero and raise voices for change.

The Hope Music Foundation founded by Fred Mbaalu, empowers orphans and underprivileged in Uganda through music,education and support.

The AMR Narrative advocates for awareness , community development and action against AMR.

Music plays a vital role in engaging diverse audiences, evoking emotions, and conveying the urgency of AMR.
